WEEKLY HEALTH TIP: IN EACH MEAL, ELIMINATE ‘DOUBLES’. THAT INCLUDES SECOND PORTIONS AND TWO OR MORE CARBS, MEAT OR DAIRY IN ONE MEAL. (DAIRY EXAMPLE, CHEESE AND MAYONAISE – ELIMINATE 1 OF THOSE.
WEEKS 3 (DAY 15-21)
“EXUDE YOUR CONFIDENCE”
WEEKLY HEALTH TIP:RECOGNIZE BOREDOM EATING. EAT MINDFULLY WHEN YOUR BODY IS HUNGRY, AND STOP WHEN YOU ARE FULL. DON’T WORRY YOU’LL EAT AGAIN, THERE’S NO NEED TO DOUBLE STUFF YOUR STOMACH IN THIS MEAL.
WEEKS 4 (DAY 22-30)
“CELEBRATE YOUR HABIT”
WEEKLY HEALTH TIP: WRITE DOWN HOW YOU FEEL AFTER A HEALTHY MEAL VERSUS AN UNHEALTHY MEAL. THINGS TO NOTICE: DIGESTION, ENERGY, MOOD, MOTIVATION AND BLOATEDNESS.
